NZCR Covid-19 Update

NZCR is supportive of full Covid -19 Vaccination for all New Zealanders.

We continue our involvement with research into vaccines and potential treatments for Covid -19.

Of interest is that our Auckland site is currently running an oral Covid- 19 vaccine study.

NZCR is fully committed to ensuring the safety of our staff and trial participants. All NZCR staff are fully vaccinated and soon, we will require all clinical trial participants to be fully vaccinated as well.

We have full safety precautions in place and are following all COVID – 19 best practice guidelines.

We are keeping our participants and staff fully informed of our requirements and what they need to do to keep us all safe during this challenging time.

New Zealand is currently at Covid-19 Alert Level 2 with Upper Northland, Auckland and parts of Waikato at Alert Level 3.  These Alert levels are reviewed weekly.

NZCR is confident that the NZ government and Ministry of Health will provide appropriate guidelines and appropriately manage public health in NZ during this Covid- 19 pandemic.
